Waiting for Peyton Bailey Russell 3/25/06
I am going to try to keep this page updated, so all of you know how things are going, not only in my life, and my kids lives, but life at Wallowa Lake in General. When I learn to use a digital camera, I will add some pictures honest.
I am waiting for Peyton Bailey to be born (downloaded) as are Kelly and J. I start every time the phone rings. I am trying to get things ready so that I can take off when the call comes. I really hate having to do this alone, but enough whining about that.
My job is going well, although my boss was really sick Friday. I felt so sorry for him, he sounded really bad. I was working on a special project for a client that had to be out Friday night, and naturally the printer jammed and I couldn't fix it, so being the good guy he is, he climbed out of the sick bed and came to my rescue. We finished the project and I delivered it by 10:00PM. He did sound better when I called to see how he was feeling this afternoon. I have to tell you, I couldn't have finished the project without Christian or Levi------they helped and taught me so much. Anyway it is done. Thank goodness. So, if you are ever in John Day, go to the new Mexican Restaurant called "El Cocinero", we did the menus, business cards and the to go menus.
The Glacier Grill and General Store (previously, Boeve's General Store & Pub) is doing really well. The expanded kitchen looks great. The design is wonderful. I have eaten there quite a few times and the food is wonderful. They are doing a wonderful job, and I enjoy going in to see them. They will have a website up and running very soon, we (LB Productions) will be doing their website. Jodi and Tom are great and both of them are working way too hard!!!!
We got more snow today, I am really, really, really, sick of the snow! I could use some sun! I suppuse we all could though.
Bob & Gina Barstad from the Marina are healing up very well! You really should hear that story. Fred & Suzi Barstad are off to see grandkids. Hurry back I miss you.
To all of our family, friends and customers that read this, please - if you want to know something ask, otherwise, I know I will run out of things to say. Kasey, Kelly & Kati, thank you for commenting. Kati, what were you doing up writing at 4 in the morning??? Love and hugs to all of you. Keithanne Boeve'

Keithanne, I am so proud of you. You are doing wonderful on your own in the blog. You will have to keep us updated in the county when you are down in Portland. But that's the cool thing about the blog, you can do it from anywhere. I have really enjoyed being your boss, but the fact that I've been sick I think is a sign I'm too closely tied to my business. So I will continue to help you and Christian but I am going to take a step back and start to enjoy life a little more... my health cannot afford another set back. You are truley an asset to my business and to me as a friend. Thank you Keithanne.
Hello Keithanne.
As someone who vists Joseph once a year (not nearly enough) I would love to hear the latest goings-on from the area (even if it seems mundane!) as we don't hear much about that part of the world here in Gresham.
My family and I will miss seeing your smiling face at the store and wish you and your family all the best.

I am so sorry you have to do so much on your own these days mom. You are doing a wonderful job, if that makes you feel any better. And Dad is helping, just not in the same way he used to. As much as I wish for Kel's sake Peyton comes quickly, I hope she comes late enough I get to see Mom during my visit to Portland.
I visited with Suzi Barstad last night, sounds like she is enjoying the grandbaby and granddog. She says the view from their front porch is very similar to her view in Enterprise.
I will do my best to teach you how to use the digital camera if I see you in Portland.
Hope you feel better soon Levi.
Oh yeah, Kati is Korea now, so in her own little world, she didn't write a note early in the morning. Our Kati is not a morning person.
Love you mom. kasey
Hey Mom,
I think you are doing a great job with everything. I know everyone is so proud of you! Still restlessly waiting for Peyton to arrive, I think this week will be the longest, because if she doesn't come I have to wait till the 5th for anything exciting to start to happen in the way of delivery.
I could use a trip home to the beautiful Wallowa Mountains, I am missing home right now, but I can't wait for you to get down here and enjoy a bit of spring. The trees are beautiful!!
I love you mom!
